Summary: This position is a key leader in the Administration Team with the ability to make a direct difference in the lives of people seeking treatment for addictions. The Facilities Program Manager will help to ensure the environment of all buildings is conducive to receiving treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring leased buildings are up to applicable code and works with landlords for repairs.
- Responsible for ensuring lease repairs are completed within university procedures.
- Works with ARTS leadership to implement desired program improvements are implemented within budgetary limits.
- Serves as ARTS liaison with University Fleet and Anschutz Campus facilities staff.
- Tracks and implements all vehicle maintenance needs.
