The typical duration of the program is 3-4 months, following a structured treatment plan tailored to the individual’s needs.
Our approach is firmly grounded in evidence-based practices.
As an incentive for progress, youth can earn gift cards for negative drug tests ($20/week)!

Encompass (Outpatient) (Covered by Medicaid)
Encompass is designed for adolescents aged 13 to 19 who are dealing with both substance use disorder and mental health challenges. Throughout the Encompass program, we closely monitor symptoms using standardized assessment tools to track progress and guide our treatment approach. Typically, participants engage in weekly individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) sessions, with the option for 2 to 4 family sessions as needed. Our focus is on addressing substance use while also tackling psychiatric symptoms that often contribute to or trigger substance use or relapse, such as feelings of depression, anxiety, impulsivity, and frustration intolerance. On average, participants complete the program in about 16 weeks, which translates to approximately 4 to 5 months of treatment. We’re here to provide comprehensive support tailored to your unique needs every step of the way.
Risk Reduction Through Family Therapy (RRFT) – (Covered by Medicaid)
Our RRFT services are available on an outpatient basis, conducted either in-office or through telehealth sessions. The RRFT model is tailored for adolescents aged 13 to 18 who have undergone various forms of trauma, including but not limited to sexual abuse and assault, physical abuse and assault, exposure to domestic violence, community violence, and traumatic grief. RRFT is specifically designed to address the emotional and behavioral challenges that often arise alongside traumatic experiences.
The frequency and duration of RRFT sessions depend on the needs of each adolescent. Typically, the program involves 16 to 20 weekly sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes each, with periodic check-ins between scheduled appointments to ensure progress and support. We’re here to provide compassionate care and support as you navigate your journey towards healing.
