Our Location:

Located near Federal & Oxford in Denver, CO, ARTS Recovery Residences provide safe and supportive homes for adults in recovery from addiction. We offer drug- and alcohol-free living for men and women in separate residences. Here, you can join a community of individuals focused on staying sober and rebuilding their lives. We welcome:

  • Women with up to two children (ages birth to 4)

Eligibility Criteria

To join ARTS Recovery Residences, applicants must meet the following:

  • Age: 18 or older
  • Sobriety: Proof of recovery with a negative toxicology test
  • Health: Medically stable and able to manage daily activities
  • Motivation: Committed to personal recovery goals
  • Support System: Willing to build or maintain a sober support network
  • Safety: No history of significant safety risks (e.g., sexual offenses or arson)
  • Mental Health: No severe mental health issues beyond program capacity (e.g., active psychosis, harmful thoughts)
  • Tobacco-Free: No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes in or around the residences

Rent & Fees

  • Registration Fee: $150 (non-refundable, due at admission)
  • Weekly Resident Fees:
    • Shared Room: $220/week
    • Single Room: $245/week

Includes utilities, bedding, towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products. Residents provide their own food and personal items.
